Brings with him four decades of rich experience, including over 36 years with the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), where he retired as Managing Director in 2019. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of SBI Life Insurance. Over the years, he has held several key positions at institutions such as NCDEX, NCCL, and NeML, both in India and abroad. His areas of expertise include corporate governance, marketing, and IT systems, and he has actively engaged with regulatory bodies and the Ministry of Finance. A commerce graduate, Mr. Nayar has received advanced training at leading institutions in India and internationally, further strengthening his leadership and domain capabilities.
